Beauty in the details: Upcycled Aluminum

Aluminum walls

In the spirit of adding more aesthetic flare to our renovation project and continuing with the upcycling project that was started in building the pavilion, we decided to bring some corrugated texture inside the Imaginarium. To build an accessible bathroom in the Imaginarium, we combined two small rooms (a tiny bathroom and a pantry) into a space large enough to meet accessibility needs. In doing so, we removed two doors and ended up with a wall that had several different surfaces. So, we used the aluminum roofing material to cover up all of those surfaces easily and cheaply while also creating a flashy backdrop for our kitchenette area. It worked great!
