In addition to renovating the Imaginarium as an indoor space for food, art, and play, we also built the front porch pavilion as an outdoor space to gather and grow in community. We use this new addition for sharing summer lunches together, creating a concert space for live music at Future Fest, and sheltering us from the weather during all the exciting events that happen at Huss.
The long wooden beams and corrugated metal roofing are all from the same wood that lines the inner walls of the Imaginarium, which was graciously donated by friends who no longer had use for their old barn. So the wood has found new life and a new home here at Huss.
