Now accepting applications for the 2026 Farmers Market!

The 7th season of the Huss Project Farmers Market is almost here! Join us every Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm, June through September, for a vibrant, community-centered market experience. Each week you’ll find local produce, maple syrup, baked goods, bike tune-ups, farm paths and forest trails to wander, and more.

Be sure to mark your calendars for every Second Saturday—June 13, July 11, August 8, and September 12—when the market expands to include local art vendors, live musicians, and food truck vendors. Additionally, members of the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra perform Musical Storybooks in our beautiful children’s garden — stay tuned for more details!

We are currently accepting vendor applications for produce vendors, Cottage Food vendors (syrup, honey, baked goods, etc.), and art vendors. You can find all the details in our Market Policies, but here’s the basics: we’re looking for local vendors who are growing or making their own high quality products to contribute to an inclusive, beautiful, community-oriented market. Are you interested? Get in touch with any questions or submit your application today!

At the Huss Project Farmers Market, we’re dedicated to connecting neighbors with fresh, delicious food and making it accessible to everyone in our city. We accept cash, credit cards, SNAP/Bridge cards, Double Up Food Bucks, WIC Project Fresh coupons, Senior Project Fresh coupons, and Huss Project Fresh Food cards. On the third Saturday of each month, we partner with the South Michigan Food Bank to host the Fresh Food Initiative, providing free fresh food to anyone in need.

Everyone is welcome here—we can’t wait to see you at the market!
