The season ended at the Three Rivers Farmers Market last week, but we’ve been enjoying our little stand too much to quit just as so much produce is becoming available in Southwest Michigan. So, we’re working with a number of folks to continue a market in downtown Three Rivers: the Downtown Harvest Market! The Market will be located in the E.J. Buys Building (34 N. Main St.) and will be open from 9:00am to 1:00pm every Saturday in September and October.
We’re continuing our partnerships with Corey Lake Orchards, Bair Lane Farm, White Yarrow Farm and Sustainable Greens — plus we’re adding Butternut Sustainable Farm as a partner farm — to offer tasty, local and fresh produce at the market. We’re also recruiting other vendors to sell maple syrup, honey, jams and more. If you’re interested in being a vendor, please contact us.
The plan for the market is taking shape quickly, so find the Downtown Harvest Market on Facebook to get the latest information. And then stop on by on Saturday mornings!
