Despite the threat of thunderstorms that forced a lot of activities inside, we had a great day at the ninth annual Huss Future Festival on Saturday because of the generous and joyful participation of organizations, businesses, artists, musicians, volunteers, and visitors alike. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of our neighbors who helped make it a beautiful day in our neighborhood!
We’ll be posting more photos (including photo booth photos), video, and reflections throughout the week, but we wanted to share some great news as soon as we could: over 1,000 people participated in this year’s Future Festival and we raised over $8,000! Your purchases and donations—large and small—helped make this year a rousing success.
