Huss wins $2,500 grant for pavilion project

Omni Community Credit Union grant

Omni Community Credit Union grant

*culture is not optional, the parent organization of the Huss Project, recently received a $2,500 grant from Omni Community Credit Union to help pay for an outdoor pavilion that will be constructed on the north end of the building this year. This funding comes alongside a $2,000 grant received last year from the Three Rivers Area Community Foundation and additional donations from Huss Project supporters. The pavilion will connect to the north end of the building and will help facilitate summer programming such as our summer lunch program, the community garden and our annual Huss Future Festival. We are currently working with an architect on the design of the pavilion and construction will be scheduled in coordination with our summer activities.
