Learning the Art of Face-Painting

Few things add a spark of festivity to an event quite like a fancy swirl or a superhero mask on your face! We’ve had several opportunities this summer and fall to grace the faces of event attendees with all manner of decoration, led by *culture is not optional volunteer staff member Liesje Brouwer.  Tigers, princesses, goblins, and the list goes on!

True to the spirit of creativity and learning at the Huss Project, we’d like to teach this skill to others – just in time to complete your Halloween costumes! If you are interested in attending a free face-painting workshop on Saturday, October 19 at the Huss Project, please contact us.

Deborah is a core community member of *culture is not optional and works at the Three Rivers Public Library.
