Music

At this year’s Huss Future Festival, we have another exciting lineup of music from classical tunes to folk jams!

The music begins at 10:00am with a set by Jenny LaJoye, a musician from Grand Rapids who will be playing her own music from a recently released EP. At 11:00am, John Mark Wenger, a brilliant local cellist, will play with some classical pieces. Andy Johnson will start his set at noon, bringing us back in the day with some classic rock, followed by Aaron Garcia at 1:00pm with some hip jams. Tara Harley and Jim Nerad will play a set of folk music at 2:00, and the *cino family band will the end the day with some Americana tunes.

We’re very happy to have so many local musicians playing at the Festival, highlighting and celebrating the diverse musical talent in our community. The live music will start at 10:00am and will run until about 3:45pm, interspersed with short workshops. Then we will have a special Five Song Dance Party to celebrate our 5th Annual Future Festival!
