Imaginarium ideas, day 18: Devon

45 Ideas: Devon Miller

45 Ideas: Devon Miller

We asked friends, neighbors, and community partners to give us their ideas for the brand-new Imaginarium once it’s completed. Here’s what Devon Miller said:

Where in Three Rivers is someone likely to spot you, and what would you be doing there?

Menards, The Home Depot, Sherwin Williams, Aldi, L.A.’s Coffee Cafe, Kelsey Block Brewing Company: Picking up things for my shop, shopping for/with Meg, chatting with friends.

What is your connection to Huss?

I have the privilege of serving as pastor for some of those connected with *culture is not optional (the parent organization of the Huss Project).

The Huss Project is working on turning the old kindergarten room into a cool new space with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and room for community events. What’s your most creative idea for something that could happen there?

For many years I have had a dream of starting a restorative justice center. More recently, those dreams have been more specifically focused on making this happen in St. Joseph County. I see the Imaginarium as being a great place where a talking circle could take place to promote restorative justice for the community and school system of Three Rivers.
