Imaginarium ideas, day 17: Connie

45 Ideas: Connie Reitsma

45 Ideas: Connie Reitsma

We asked friends, neighbors, and community partners to give us their ideas for the brand-new Imaginarium once it’s completed. Here’s what Connie Reitsma said:

Where in Three Rivers is someone likely to spot you, and what would you be doing there?

Shopping at World Fare in downtown Three Rivers.

What is your connection to Huss?

I am the mother of Rob Vander Giessen-Reitsma, the executive director of *culture is not optional (the parent organization of the Huss Project).

The Huss Project is working on turning the old kindergarten room into a cool new space with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and room for community events. What’s your most creative idea for something that could happen there?

I would love to see an interactive computer display that could walk me through the rest of the building answering questions, showing upgrades, how the space could be used, and the benefit to the community.
