Thanks to a grant from the St. Joseph Great Start Collaborative, members of the Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra will be sharing their talents on a series of Saturdays throughout the summer.
In partnership with the Three Rivers Public Library, Great Start and The Huss Project will offer three Musical Storybook events throughout the summer during the Huss Project Farmer’s Market.
The first musical storybook is Ringo Starr’s adaption of the Beatles’ song, “Octopus’ Garden” with the KSO String Quartet on Saturday, June 25 at 10:00 am. Everyone’s favorite underwater Beatles song will help us kick off the library’s summer reading program, “Oceans of Possibilities.”
