The Huss Project to present at Three Rivers Visioning session

Huss visioning

Winter tends to be a quiet time at the Huss Project, but there’s always plenty going on behind the scenes.  This year, we are honored to be participating in a visioning process for the City of Three Rivers.  The first session on January 21 was a wonderful opportunity to hear about the city staff and commission’s work toward several top priorities and to have a voice in discerning which priorities should top the list moving forward.  We know the city staff is working very hard between sessions to prepare to engage the community in the next step!

As part of this process, we submitted a proposal detailing the vision, budget and timeline for the Huss Project, and this Wednesday, we’ll be offering a brief presentation about this proposal with time for questions and answers.  (Rob would want you to know that we also have a cool new poster featuring a slick map of the Huss Project property, which we’ll be unveiling that evening!)

If you’re a local supporter of the Huss Project — and of the Three Rivers community in general! — please come on out Wednesday night, February 11.  We’ll be at the Three Rivers Community Center, which is located behind the public library in the same building, from 6:00 p.m. until about 7:30.  We look forward to another evening of sharing ideas and dreams for our city!
